In Search of baby boy 1949 who was born either in Holyoke MA or Springfield MA with a birth mother Margaret single, age early 20's and birth father Earnest, single age early 20's. Birth father may not have been listed on the birth certificate back then. The birth mother was in a Catholic home run by nuns that I believe was named Mount Holyoke Home for Unwed Mothers. Agency involved may have been Brightside. Baby was said to have a little red hair at birth. I would love to meet this wonderful man now who would be a relative of mine and tell him that he is loved and not forgotten about.

Found out that the birth was mid June 1947 NOT 1949. The baby was give the name of David Michael at the time of birth. His adoptive father's first name was Joseph with the last name beginning with the letter R. and we are told that the R is a common last name. The adoptive family lived in or around Northampton MA at the time of the adoption
