Wondering if there were any military folks still lurking around. I am new to the process and could use all the help from my people!!! Hubby is Army and we are stationed in Fort Knox. Starting our foster/adopt classes in KY, which bascially is a straight adopt b/c KY is a commonwealth and there is NO fostering of state children on the military post where we live. (You can only foster military children through the post system, but not adoption there) So we are at the beginning of our journey! Just wondering how your experiences went!!!

Hi Tiffany. We have fostered and adopted in CA (but are Marine Corps...not Army). I am a little confused about the not fostering on base thing, but I could help with anything else you need. Each state is different in the way they go about things, but I would be more than happy to "help." :) Carly
