You might want to also try the InterCountry Adoptee Support Network [url=http://www.icasn.org/resources.html]RESOURCES[/url] they have posted some resources for Colombian adoptees. It's totally run by inter-country adoptee (ICA) volunteers for ICAs. The more I see calls for ICA help, search and reunion as well as a zillion commonly repeated FAQs from intercountry adoptive parents, the more I get the impression that the pre and post-adoption support services are severely lacking, despite the huge boom (financially and otherwise) in inter-country adoption.
