Searching for Tammy Marie (Johnson) East

I'm searching for the daughter of a family friend. She was born late 1960/early 1961 in Grand Forks, ND. Moved to Toledo, OH apx late 1961/early 1962 with her mother Jeanette Beach. Her mother later married Jim or James East and I think he adopted Tammy in 1962. Her birthfather wants very much to be reunited with her. Thanks
