Could be the cw that's delaying "approving" the invoice. We usually get ours 8 days after we turn it in, hopefully we get it tomm!
Ours hit the bank today.. as usual. no email.. no snail mail.. Im sure that last one will come today, or tomorrow.. 2 notices. Which is another thing the state could save money on. Paper and postage. I have this big issue with the states budget and what I see they spend money on. Ive sunk to the paper thing now!!!
Jeesh!

here we are...17th of the month (mailed on the 1st) and still no email and no deposit as usual. Then when we get it, 1 or 2 kiddos is left off and we have to resubmit.
I know everyone is short staffed due to budget issues, I hope it doesn't get any better when we start sending our invoices to the new location next month.
I must have missed something----what new place are we to mail them to and when did/does this start?????? Do any of you get something in the mail about this, if so could you pls share!!!
There was something in the nesting notes about the accounting department moving downtown with the name and address of where to send it beginning March. I'll post when I get home and re-read it.

Nothing here yet although I did get mine sent in late this month.. I just hope to get it by the end of the month since when I send it in on the 1st I'm still usually one of the last to get it.
Sorry my post about the accounting department moving was just for Marion County. The blurb in the nesting notes says:
"All Marion County Foster Parents, our accounting staff will be moving downtown and foster parents will no longer be able to drop claim forms off. Effective 3/8, all foster parent claims for payment must be sent to:
Department of Child Services
Kidtraks/Invoicing MS55
402 W. Washington St
W360
Indianapolis, IN 46205
If you have any questions regarding this move, please contact your Family Case Manager."
