Any Experiences with this agency?

I was hoping that someone could give me some insight into their experiences with Adoption by Gentle Care. After many m/c, we are looking into adoption and a co-worker used this agency. I was just looking for more experiences, both positive and negative are welcome. Thanks in advance!
