Not sure whether to put this on this board or the Technical board. Anyhoo, I haven't been able to view any user profiles today, including my own. Whenever I click on the profile page, it redirects back to the forum homepage.
Anyone else having the problem?

Yes it seems to have been like that for a couple of days. I was going to send a message to crick but haven't got around to it but presumably she knows.

Thanks for verifying it for me, Cath. I didn't think the problem was on my end, but you never know. I hope they fix it soon. I can update my profile, but I can't view it as others see it. :cool:
I have just sent Crick a message.
Yesterday it brought up a blank page if I clicked on someones name - today it is not even going that far.
I wil let you know what she says. However, I suspect it is too early in the morning there in the US to do anything at the moment.

Yes, the techs are aware and they have been working on it. I don't have an idea yet of when it will be fixed but will let you know!
Yes, we are still working on it. Originally it went to a blank screen when user profiles were clicked, we redirected it back to the home until the matter can be resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience. Hopefully they will get it fixed soon.
No pressure...I know administration is working on this, but I didn't have any idea how often I click on someone's profile until it stopped working! Funny.

Nope, they're not working for me either. Is this a problem with the vBulletin software? I could go over to their tech-support forum if you'd like and see if anyone else is having a similar problem. :)
I'll shoot an email out, but most likely it will have to wait til Monday. Sorry :( I'm not sure why it's been so glitchy lately.
I've been informed that the techs believe they have it resolved for some users but not all. It's an "intermittent" fix for now.
Sorry folks, but being the end of the year hampers things just a bit and to do some of the fixes require the time to take down the site for awhile and other things so we are looking to have things more completed after the 1st of the year.

The techies might want to check out the following conversation about this bug over at vBulletin.com. They say you can fix it by renaming 'Mysql' to 'mysql' in the directory name. All - I know it's frustrating and as I've said in the pm inquiries we need to remember it is a holiday season right now and things will likely not be fixed until after the New Year. So please just hang in there a bit longer.
