Anyone have experience where the Emom is a family member? She approached us about adoption and as we are cousins, we will have an open adoption. She lives in the town we all grew up in and most of our family lives in or near that community. DH and I live several states away. We usually celebrate Christmas with my family, and maybe get "home" one other time a year. Anybody have any thoughts/advice about, well anything, in regards to this type of situation? :thanks:
