Thanks Debbie. I did look at that. I know there aren't many but I was hoping some one might know someone who had adopted children that those visas were for. It might be a long shot but I can't find information anywhere else. I'm also looking for the name of orphanges there but I can't find those very easily either. I know there are orphanges there but information is hard to come by. If anyone has any ideas where to look or information I'm all ears.
