Virginia Adoption Subsidy

I don't understand that either... it was the VEMAT that we filled out today... It was my understanding that you didn't fill that out UNTIL adoption time - at least, this is how we did it. I don't know. I really wish they would include this type of info in the PRIDE training classes. It almost sounds like it's a "whatever they feel like at the time" situation.
