I haven't actually contacted them at this point, however I'm familiar with them (was a member many years ago) and have taken advantage of many of their resources. I think right now my best bet is to just wait it out until it gets to the point that something is about to be made official, depending on how long things take it could change on its own by then, but thanks for the suggestion. What I know that we will do is appeal if we don't get the minimum that she needs, and I think that may be the time to contact them if necessary.
