Foster to Adopt in Washington State

We don't quite know what to believe about who knew what. I truly think the cw-er thought their dad would never follow through with his plan. We now think he's determined to take them (and doing a really good and sincere job of it), even though the cw-er still says "we'll see." We actually like their dad a lot, but the cwer and gal warn that we have not yet seen the full range of his personality.
