Taking picture of foster kids?

Picture taking is definitely OK in CA and was encouraged for us. Remember to keeps some copies of those pictures in your foster kids folders so they have some history and pictures of themselves as they grow.As for facebook I know some parents that do and some that don't. I would suggest you don't. I talk about fostering on FB in generic terms, but I don't mention names or do pictures.
