Please forgive me if I am posting this in the wrong forum. I will soon be getting divorced. My husband and I adopted a daughter several years back. We receive a monthly adoption subsidy and childcare for her. She will be living with me. My question is: will he have to pay child support for her? And if so, will that decrease the subsidy and childcare payments? I'm just trying to figure out how all of this will work out. Thanks in advance!

I need help!! The judge had no idea what to do during our divorce so he split the subsidy in half basically letting me keep it all and my ex doesn't have to pay any support at all. I have seen that some have taken this to the court of appeals. Has anyone in Missouri dealt with this???? Please help!!
