Dear Kim
You don"t know I exist but I've known about you and wanted to meet you since I was nine years old.
I am a grown married woman with four wonderful children now.
I have been searching for you a long time now and never gave up hope.
I'm am your younger maternal birth sister.
I always wished for an older sister even before our mother told me about you.
I know we are complete strangers, but if you are reading this, I just wanted to say I have never needed an older sister more than right now. I have been faced with some very difficult and trying times this past few years but these past two months have been the worst in my life.
Although something good came out of something horrible it is still the most difficult thing that has happened in my life, truly life changing.
I just wish I had meet you long ago and we built a relationship that I could have the support of a sister.
I know in reality that just isn't possible so I'm just venting as an anonymous voice in the wind.
As always I pray your life is a happy fulfilling one and that you are always surrounded by the people you love and the people that love you.
Your younger sister,
Cyndi.
