Children of All Nations (CAN) Agency Info?

Does anyone have any feedback or input on Children of All Nations? They are operated by Great Wall, but have programs in many countries including Ghana, Congo, Rwanda, and Ethiopia. I am having a hard time finding reviews. I would love any feedback on agencies dealing in Africa. Thank you!

We just got accepted by CAN for adoption from Ghana.

We are currently looking into the Honduras program with Children of All Nations. We would like some feedback from anyone who has adopted with them. We will be doing this out of state, so any advice for that would also be helpful.
