What Factors Contribute to a Successful Adoption Experience?

On this page you say 17 or younger but when I started to fill it out it said between 4 and 17 my daughter is 1 1/2 so I don't think we can participate! Bummer! My partner is a doctoral student in physchology as well and is doing her dissertation on international adoption. I wanted her to focus on foster care!!! Good luck with your study!
