Our son was born in and adopted from Monterrey, Mexico in 1992. We did not use an agency. We went to Mexico and adopted through their DIF (I think it's Integrated Department of Families or something like that). Our son has decided he wants to try to locate his birthmother. We have her name and probable year of birth but that's all. Any recommendations on how to begin? Any tips on searching internationally? Any reunion websites for Mexico? Thanks in advance.
