I am new to this forum and adoption. We are interested in adopting from Bulgaria and have it narrowed down to 2 agencies: WACAP and Gladney..can you guys please pm me if you have used them? Also, if you went through a different agency, I would also love to hear your thoughts on your particular one. Thank you!!!
