Fastest way to adopt a newborn

Thank you for taking the time to reply! I appreciate that. I'm getting a better sense of what it would take to adopt and how much time and energy I'd have to invest, so thank you for that. I'm not sure I have it in me, to be honest. I love my daughter more than anything and would love to give her a sibling but I do feel as if my age is a big barrier for lots of reasons. I have thought about revisiting surrogacy but we'd have to go the traditional surrogacy route (as opposed to gestational surrogacy) which is a lot riskier. Anyway, thank you very much for your input!
