DCF saying no to Open Adoption Agreement

OP - this isn't in Worcester county, is it? The DCYF attorney we had there was irritated that we agreed to OA. It seemed he was more into building up his win/lose record than he was resolving placements. Can you speak with a supervisor? After all, once the adoption is finalized, its none of their business hang in there
