I have been scouring the interet, trying to learn all I can. I figure I'll draw from your guys experience -- what sites/forums/books, etc were most helpful for you in your adoption process?
Hands down, the best online resource is - China Adopt Talk. Sign up for the forum. If you're investigating the possibility of starting an adoption in China, you'll find a ton of great information from families who are in the know! If you're already in process (as we've been for 4 yrs), you'll find a lot of empathetic friends. There's also an active special needs adoption sub-forum you may find beneficial.
Best to you!

As far as books to read, I've found Adele Jeunette has a pretty thorough site. She's an adoptive mom and a librarian, and she's put together all these booklists--on adoption, travelling to home country, books for all ages--books for boys, too.
