ISO male born Feb 1972 in Fargo, ND

I am trying to locate my half brother... I know he was born in Fargo, ND on leap year 1972 (2/29/72), although it's possible the DOB listed on the birth cert is different due to it being leap day (maybe 2/28/72). My mom stayed at Luther Hall in Fargo during her pregnancy, which is part of Lutheran Social Services and I'm fairly certain my brother was born at St Luke's hospital. He was named Jeremy Wade Wyman at birth, but was most likely renamed upon being adopted. PLEASE don't hesitate to contact me if there's even a remote chance this could be you!
