Identified Adoption and Hague

I am new to this and I can't seem to find an answer on the boards. I have a child identified in Haiti (in an orphange) through NLL. Haiti recently ratified the Hague convention. I have been told to use a Hague approved agency. I am very good at forms, processes etc so I'm wondering if I can use a Hague approved agency for the homestudy but process everything else myself. I already have the relationship with the Haitian agency and orphange. Does anyone know the process?
