1980, Female infant

Looking for a female child, born 04/02/1980 in Wailuku, Maui, Hi. Put up for adoption @ birth thru Catholic Charities Adoption Services on Maui, and a private attorney for adoptive parents (Wilkinson?) from Oahu, John E. Parks. The records were supposed to be open to the child when of age, and I was promised she would be told about her adoptive status and birth mother (father did not give permission) as early as she was able to understand.

I am searching for a birth sibling. Can you give me the fathers name? I am new to all of this. My father recently told me that he got a woman pregnant and he is not sure if she had the child.
