I have read a fe posts on the ability to do this, wondering if anyone can provide me with suggestions on getting started. My husband would love to adopt my 3 children, my ex-husband is wanting to sign over his rights so it would be uncontested, but we are having trouble with the costs of a lawyer (est. @ $3000). I wonder if anyone has tried using reliableadoption.com or if I can just go to the cout myself and be given the paperwork. Any info would be much appreciated, thanks! :-)
