Even though the state law process has made some changes, I am still unqualified under the new laws, to access my info on my deceased birth father. And I can't go further locating my birthmother.
Therefore I will appeal, yet again, to the underground network out there. I have lots of info. All I need is the accurate state where my birthmother was born. I can do the additional legwork with the info I already have.
If you, or a search angel you know, could find the original record stating my birthmother's place of birth, I would be forever grateful. I was born in MO.
