Senate Bill 268 - Mandatory adoption subsidy payments. Authored by: Sen. John Broden, Sen. Thomas Wyss If you live in Indiana, you may know we have a state adoption subsidy that is NOT FUNDED. This bill would require DCS to allocate funds to the adoption assistance account necessary to make adoption subsidy payments (among other things).
