My wife and I are interested in a adopting a domestic brother and sister who are 9 and 7 years old. We already have a 3 year old foster boy who we also hope to adopt. We have 2 bedrooms available for the 3 children. Will we be within the rules (if there are any) if we have the 2 boys who are not related share a room and then the girl have her own room? Thanks for any info!!! We are in Illinois if that matters.
