Hello! I am new to this so bear with me! My Bio dad has been in prison since I was a small child. I have never seen him, just spoke on the phone once and a few pics! I have known he had other children for a while now but now I am 24 yrs old and really want to find them! His first kids, twin boys, were born in Pasadena, TX in March 1983. The mother placed them up for adoption and their new parents changed their names. Any info on where would be a good place to start searching(for free) would be really appreciated!!
