Looking for info - PM please

If we choose Colombia waiting child program we would be using Journey's of the Heart-Julie Eagleson. Julie was with CHI but has now moved over to JOH. Any info on Julie and JOH would be appreciated. Julie has stated that it is possible for us to adopt a girl 0-2yrs with minor/correctable needs in a reasonable amount of time (not years). Thoughts on Julie, JOH, and if we could adopt within a reasonable timeframe? PM with your responses please. Chrissy
