We think we found her... help?

Update: I think he has decided not to pursue this information. His a.mom gave him the name of a person to talk to to move forward (he didn't elaborate on if it was someone connected with the adoption or an attorney etc). He said it would probably cost money which he said he doesn't want to spend so I guess that is the end of it. Thanks for the tips from everyone, if he changes his mind some day they will come in handy and if not, well at least I'm informed now.
