My biological mothers name was Rosemary Carron. She married several times throughout her life. Her maiden name was Dover, then she married a James Webster of California, possible marriage in Texas to an unknown male, then moved back to Illinois, where she was originally from, and married a Paul Carron. Rosemary passed in 2000 before i had actually found her. A little history on her, she did not keep the males she had. She did have a hospital birth then left the hospital without the male children, unfortunately I was one of them left behind. If anyone can help me, I would highly appreciate it. I did not know my mother very well, just information that has been passed down to me.
Dave71, there are thousands of people searching this site and all over the I-net.
It would be helpful if you would put in where you were born, the date, and where you were adopted if that applies.
I wish you the best.

I was born on January 17 1971 in East St Louis Illinois, I believe i was adopted on January 21, 1971
Dave,
I'm sorry to hear you missed out on the chance to contact your birth mother.
If you were adopted in Illinois, have you already obtained a copy of your original birth certificate from the state?
You can go here for the form if you haven't already:
Illinois Vital Records - Adoption Records
You can also register for Illinois' adoption information registry - there's a link on the sidebar on the right of that page.
Do you know if you were adopted through an agency? Agencies can sometimes provide adoptees with information (typically non-identifying) that can help with a search.
What part of your biological family are you searching for, exactly? Are you hoping to find extended family on your maternal side, or your birth father's family?
Either way, I wish you good luck.
