Me and sister both adopted - where to start!

I was looking for advice. I have a sister who was born to my bio mother 2 years before me and adopted in Ireland. I was then born and adopted in London. Bio mother family not told of second baby and adoption as she had already had one baby adopted. I have my bio sisters date of birth and surname from mother, but don't know where to go from here? Any advice would be appreciated!
