ISO Birth Mother. Oct. 22. 1968. Van Nuys, California.

I am the daughter of the adoptee. I have poor health and it would be supremely beneficial to me to find my maternal birth family. She was picked up by her adoptive parents on october 24, 1968. At the one year check, the BM still lived in San Diego California. We believe her last name was "church", as my mother was referred to as "Baby Girl Church". ANY information would be helpful.
