If so, I'm wondering how long it took?
Age of the birth father is around 78 so time is really ticking fast if its not already too late. Of course his age may be wrong as it is from a-mom memory. Have now sent letters out to a few possibilities which is not the best course of action but feel we may never get non-ID and don't have a lot of options till non-ID is released! At wits end at this point.

After 10 long years, the requested NON-ID from California has finally arrived! I have been searching for 10 years but obviously waiting for the non-id to put the pieces together. The search in CA was almost a wasted effort as Birth Mom was born in CT and BF was born in possibly PA. Searching for birth records: 1940-1946 CT for Birth Mom 1925-1940 PA for BF I have my husbands birth name (born in CA) If anyone has access to birth/marriage/divorce/death records please contact me if you are willing and able to assist. Given the ages of all involved (if even still alive) I really am now on a serious time crunch. Thank you!
