We are a family from Ohio, hoping to adopt from China with the special needs program. Our journey has just begun and we are researching agencies. The choices are overwhelming. We have five biological children at home and are open to either gender but hoping to maintaing our own birth order. Two agencies so far I have considered are EACI and Living Hope. We are open to other suggestions as well Can someone PM please with agency advice. Thank in advance
