The Husband and I really want to adopt from the DRC but with the current suspension of exit permits we're not sure whether we can even proceed now or not. Is there a length of time this suspension is expected to last or is that completely up in the air? Also, we have looked into Life Adoption Services, Inc. LAS. If anyone has any info to share on them, please PM me! We'd also appreciate any referrals for agencies we should definitely look into as well as those we should steer clear from! TIA! Elisabeth
