Looking for Birth Mother from Santa Maria

I am trying to find my birth mother The last name was Carpenter and I was born Jan 3rd 1967at the Our Lady Of Perpetual Help Hospital in Santa Maria California. My father was Jerry Brasher and she might have lived on East Camino Colegio, or Fesler street. She had two older sisters and one younger sister. Her mom worked at a school lunch room, and her dad was a government employee. Thanks for the help
