Hi All, My husband and I just moved to Allegheny County and have to start over as foster parents. In VT you just worked with county and there were no agency's. There are 10 agency's in Allegheny county alone. We are current renting but hope to sell our home in VT soon so we can buy a nice big house. Not sure what town we will land in. We are looking to foster to adopt under 5 years old. I'm at a lost of how to choose an agency or what to do! Help!!
