St Vincent & the Grenadines adoption

Hello all! My fiance and I are interested in adopting from St Vincent & the Grenadines! The only agency we see available for adoption from SVG is Creative Adoptions based out of MD. I also can't seem to find much about this agency other than their website. I emailed them with no response yet. I was wondering if anyone has adopted from SVG before?, with creative adoptions or a different agency? Who were they and what was your experience like? What was the total cost and time frame? I would like to also get more information on working with Creative Adoptions to adopt from the Caribbean. My husband and I are considering working with them. If anyone has worked with them I would love it if you could share your experience. Thank you.
