Has anyone experienced a GAL or CW mentioning that bp have other cases that were severed along with other open cases? I know it's not ''supposed'' to matter but is it ever used as a winning argument/point?
Our case has a previous TPR, and the judge was very hard on mom this time, and gave her 6 months not 12 to get it together this time. She did not, and we are headed to adoption. It depends on the judge a great deal though.
There are at least 8 kids, and our bios have none of them. They have done nothing in our case, other than a few visits, and they got the full year and an extension now as well.
