I recently found out that I have an older brother out there somewhere. My mother and father were very young and she had a son born in the Edna Gladney Home in Ft Worth, Texas. His DOB is September 24, 1978. My mothers maiden name is Misty Morgan, but I believe she went under the name of Misty Moreland. I am very new to this and a bit overwhelmed at all the info online and not sure where to start or what the best route may be to finding him. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Hi, My husband was born at Gladney in 1978. He has red hair and was told that his mother also has red hair. We have hit a lot of dead ends and have been told by others dealing with Gladney adoptions that birth dates and even gender were sometime lied about to both birth parents and adoptive parents. So this may seem a strange question.. but does your mother have red hair?
