My wife and I are from NE Ohio and are looking into adoption. We had a consult with Adoption Network out of California, and although they seemed very skilled and thorough; we're concerned about the $30,000 price tag. We thought we would come here and learn from others and trade information about the different avenues. Sure, you might not have the assurances and luxury of being selective, but there has to be a baseline governmental agency that offers the same opportunity to someone willing to open up their heart, home, and life to raise a human being as their own. Can anyone advise? thanks.. James
