My heads spinning

So we were told there's another baby coming to join our family when it's born in August. We just bought a house- we're literally starting the process of "cleaning it, moving stuff, packing"-and will be fully in there on July 31. (its 2 streets over) Today my CW came to say hi- (i work at dfs in another department) she checked out my new pics of the kids-and said "so *insert moms name here* was in court this morning and she said her mucus plug fell out; what does that mean"- I said ummm i never birthed a child, but I think that means ....she's going to be giving birth soon. Well- here's my dilemma. Wed is court for TPR. They wanted to make sure it was done prior to the baby being born (her due date is in august). Now- 2 things...mom may have the baby soon and not go to court (for obvious reasons)...not sure what happens then :(
