Looking for female given up for adoption at birth. Born late Spring 1969 or 1970. Birth mother 18 or 19, tall, blonde, with blue eyes. Had graduated at midterm, working as a receptionist/secretary in Dallas/Carrolton/Farmer's Branch area. Child may have been adopted by a couple from the hospital (doctors, doctor and nurse, etc).
