We have been fostering our little guy for a year and a week. He was two days when we got him. everything has been approved for our adoption. 0.26 hearing is coming up soon. Out of the blue a relative that was outside the country asked about our little guy. Bio mom just had another baby which this relative took under her care. My fear does she have any chance of getting him now? if right are terminated can any other family member appeal?? :eek: :eek:

That would stress me out. If you already have an adoption lawyer, and have signed the petition to adopt then you should be safe. Maybe they want to have an open sibling adoption. I would wait until the adoption is finalized before starting sibling visits if it's not court ordered since they are so young.
