I am 99% sure that I found my older sister who was adopted on here and I sent her a message but what if she posted her information a long time ago and doesn't log on here anymore or use that e-mail? I have so many emotions running through me and I don't know what to do!

Well, anything is possible. When you found her info here, did she provide a name/location/other info that might help you find her in another way? You can try to search for her via other sites - LinkedIn, classmates.com, ancestry.com, Facebook, the phone book. :) You might be able to reach her through one of those...
