Need help obtaining email address

Hi! I need a search angel!! Well, all I really need is someone who has access to a database or a search engine that retrieves current email addresses for people. I have a name, address, everything...but I really need an email address and I'm coming up empty. When I use google I get tons of returns on places I can pay to obtain this information, but I have no idea which ones are legit and which ones are not.
