I am trying to find all of the forms that I will need to complete a step parent adoption in Texas so that my husband and I can do it ourselves. I have already spent over $10000 on attorney fees to get to this point and now my son's biological father has agreed to give up his rights so that my husband can adopt him. It will be completely non contested but I just need to get everything together so that I can get the process going.. Very frustrated with everything and any help would be very very appreciated.
